Official Contest Rules
1. Competition Organiser
The competition organiser is Scentium s.r.o., with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Identification Number: 24954748. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram) in any way. Instagram bears no responsibility for the competition.
2. Competition Period
The competition runs from 7 June 2026 to 14 June 2026 until 6:00 PM. After this time, it is no longer possible to participate in the competition.
3. Participation in the Competition
Any natural person over the age of 18 with a delivery address in the Czech Republic may become a participant in the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these rules.
4. How to Enter
The participant enters the competition by fulfilling the following conditions:
- Follows the profile @scentium_atelier on Instagram.
- "Likes" the competition post.
- Tags at least one user in the comments and adds a comment.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants using fake accounts or automated tools.
5. Prize
The prize is an A. N. OTHER brand Discovery Set worth CZK 1,090.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
6. Winner Selection
2 winners will be selected in the competition.
1st winner – random draw
The first winner will be selected by random draw from all valid participants after the competition ends.
2nd winner – selected by the organiser
The second winner will be selected by the organiser at their sole discretion based on the most interesting, original, or creative comment. The evaluation is subjective and cannot be challenged.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Personal Data Protection
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the processing of personal data to the extent of: name, contact details, delivery address. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of prize delivery and will be securely deleted after the competition ends. The organiser does not pass personal data to third parties.
8. Rights and Responsibilities of the Organiser
The organiser reserves the right to:
exclude participants violating the rules,
amend the competition rules in the event of technical or legal complications,
terminate the competition at any time without compensation,
withhold the prize in case of suspicion of fraudulent activity.
The organiser is not responsible for technical errors occurring during data transmission or the unavailability of Instagram.
9. Final Provisions
This competition is not a game of chance according to Act No. 186/2016 Coll. By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they meet the conditions of participation and agree to these rules. For questions, contact the organiser at info@scentium.cz.
