Orders and Delivery

How quickly do you ship orders We usually ship orders within 24 hours on working days. If you order in the morning, the shipment often leaves on the same day.

What shipping methods do you offer We offer delivery via Zásilkovna (Packeta) and courier service to your address. For orders over a certain amount, shipping may be free (according to current offers).

Do you also deliver to Slovakia Yes, we do. The shipping cost will be displayed when you complete your order.

Can I change the address after placing an order Yes, if the shipment has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept

Is card payment secure Yes. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway with 3D Secure verification.

Products and Samples

Do you offer perfume samples Yes, for selected brands, we offer official samples or discovery sets. Alternatively, we offer samples in the form of decants from the original perfume. If a sample is not available, we will be happy to help you choose based on your preferences.

Are your products original Yes. All products are purchased directly from brands or their official distributors. We guarantee 100% authenticity and proper storage.

Are your fragrances unisex Most of the brands we select create unisex compositions. We recommend fragrances based on character, not gender.

Returns and Claims

Can I return an unused perfume Yes, unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days. For hygienic reasons, opened fragrances cannot be accepted back.

What if a damaged product arrives Just send us a photo and your order number. We will immediately resolve the damaged product by replacement or refund.

Brands and Selection

How do you choose your brands Based on authenticity, quality, story, and aesthetic identity. Our selection is curated — fewer brands, more meaning.

Do you offer exclusive brands Yes, we import some brands exclusively to the Czech Republic. This guarantees their availability, originality, and proper storage.

Gifts and Packaging

Do you offer gift wrapping Yes, gift wrapping is available for most products. We use minimalist, elegant materials in line with Scentium's aesthetic.

Can I add a personal message Yes, we will gladly include it with your order.
